The History of a Sound Icon

The PerformaBe Series culminates with the flagship model F328Be, introducing a powerful new beryllium tweeter, 6th-generation Acoustic Lens waveguide, and even lower distortion woofers – resulting in the finest loudspeaker Revel has ever produced.

1995

Revel is founded to create the world’s finest loudspeakers using the best minds and facilities of Harman International.

1997

The Ultima Series debuts with the Gem and is soon followed by the flagship Salon, the latter of which is instantly revered as one of the best speakers available at any price.

1999

The Performa Series is introduced with next-gen aluminum tweeters and magnesium midrange and woofer diaphragms, bringing Ultima Series performance to a lower price tier.
