Luma®Surveillance 820 Series NVR – 32 Channels
The Luma 820 Series NVR features 32 channels, with 16 physical POE ports for cameras and support for an additional 16 cameras using a network switch. The NVR features improved processing power, allowing for the use of higher resolution cameras up to 12MP. Being fully National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) compliant, these NVRs are perfect for larger commercial projects. Installs that require additional features such as more cameras, dual Ethernet LAN ports for network failovers, dual HDMI outputs for two separately configured screens, and a Target Detection pane that shows important events in real time should use this NVR. Featuring double the bandwidth capabilities of previous generation NVRs, this NVR supports up to 196Mbps incoming and outgoing bandwidth for managing many cameras.
Higher Hard Drive Capacity
The Luma 820 Series NVRs offer a larger chassis, allowing for increased hard drive storage capacity to accommodate higher supported resolution cameras. The 820 Series NVR is available in 12TB, 24TB, and no-HDD configuration options, and includes eight (8 total HDD bays.
Support Up to 12MP Resolution
These NVRs feature improved processing power, allowing the use of higher resolution cameras up to 12MP. The NVR also features improved incoming and outgoing bandwidth up to 196Mbps, helping with network congestion when using many high-resolution cameras.
Dual Network Interface
Reduce network interruptions from outages or network failures with Dual Ethernet LAN ports. With two physical LAN ports, connect the NVR to a network switch and stay online even if a primary LAN port fails.
Internal Power Supply
This NVR includes an internal power supply, allowing faster and easier installations without the hassle of managing long cables and bulky power bricks.
Dual HDMI Output
With dual HDMI outputs, configure and display two different views on different monitors. Additionally, with the use of the new Target Detection pane, view important events as they happen listed on the side of your Live View window.

The Luma View™ Video Management System (VMS) is free downloadable client software for local workstations to connect to large residential and commercial projects, especially those with multiple job sites utilizing Luma X20 products. Luma Surveillance™ NVRs have a 3-Year Limited Warranty. The warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been abused, modified, disassembled, or improperly installed. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to Snap One or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization
