Shipping & Chargeback Policy

Free Shipping: Orders that qualify for free shipping can take 7 to 8 business days for delivery, depending on USPS processing times. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Chargebacks & Disputes: By making a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and we reserve the right to ban accounts that file unwarranted claims. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Expedited Shipping

For customers on a time crunch, please email [email protected] to request expedited shipping at an additional cost

Return Policy:

Return & Refund Policy – Lost or Undelivered Items

If your order is lost or not delivered by the carrier, we require up to 7 days to investigate the issue before processing a full refund. This timeframe allows us to track the package and determine its status.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to charge a fee or, at our discretion, expedite your refund process based on the circumstances.

Standard Returns

Customers may return items that are complete and like new for any reason within 15 days ( if after 15 days a 25% restocking fee will apply, regardless if product packaging is unopened ) Some exclusions apply. Original packaging is required to return an item.

Open-box Returns

ALL OPEN - BOX  purchases are FINAL unless they meet either of the following:

- Item was not as advertised ( wrong finish, size )

- Item was damaged during shipment

All open-box returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase and the product must be in the same condition it was packaged in. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted along unless you pay for shipping and handling cost. 25% restocking fee from the refunded amount.

Refund Policy: 

Customer will receive a FULL refund if:

- Order is canceled PRIOR to shipping. 

- Item(s) arrived damaged.

- Wrong item(s) were shipped.

- Item(s) were not sold as an open-box

 

Chargeback & Fraud Policy

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue is considered a violation of our terms.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed, and we reserve the right to take legal action against any fraudulent claims.

Customers who abuse chargebacks may be banned from future purchases and reported to relevant authorities.

If a chargeback is filed after the item has been received, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item is returned.

Otherwise return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

*Return shipping costs are deducted from the merchandise credit or refund. 

A 25% RESTOCKING FEE will apply, IF: 

- Item was removed from original packaging

- Wrong size was ordered ***

- Changed mind about purchase

Return Instructions:

1. Get a Return Authorization

Request a return authorization by email [email protected] ( ATTN: RMA Label Request ) or call (866) 791-6915.

Please call if your item was shipped by freight carrier, was shipped direct from the manufacturer, or involves a defective product.

2. Pack Your Items Carefully

Returned items must be new and in the original packaging, complete with all original accessories & manuals.  
To protect products in shipping, Audio Visual Solutions over-boxes most products.

Please use the original over-box and the manufacturer’s packaging.

3. Attach the Shipping Label

You will receive a return shipping label along with shipping instructions via email.

Remove or completely cover original shipping labels and securely tape the return shipping label to the package.

4. Take the package to any official drop-off site.

We often use FedEx or USPS for return shipments. Both providers have convenient locations nationwide.

Legal Notice

By purchasing from us, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our refund and shipping policies. We are not liable for incorrect orders placed by the customer, delays, or lost items due to carrier issues. Refunds for lost shipments are processed within 7 days following an investigation.

Any legal claims against our company must adhere to our stated policies. We reserve the right to defend ourselves against unjustified claims and seek legal remedies if necessary.
