At the core of the Sigma-X design is Shunyata Research's TAPc ( Transverse Axial Polarizer ) technology, which reduces subtle micro-phase distortions. This results in an exceptionally clear, open, and focused soundstage, allowing even the most delicate musical details to be expressed with unparalleled precision.

Sigma-X also features HARP technology which lowers cable induced noise by controlling phase distortions created by signal reflections and resonances.
